John of God Gallery

detail from the DVD cover and poster about John of GodThis is a detail (right) from the DVD cover and poster about John of God. The picture was taken by Mark Thomas in the Current room while John of God was assessing patients.

John of God taking crutches from a patient

The photo (left) shows John of God taking crutches from a patient. There is a room in the casa full of crutches, wheel chairs, walking sticks, callipers and other aids that have been left behind by people healed by John of God. You can see this room in the film.

The series of three pictures below are taken in the assembly hall of the clinic. They show John of God after incorporating a healing entity. On stage are 2 mediums of the casa holding instrument trays and a patient relaxed, leaning against the wall and waiting for her visible operation. On the wall is the triangle, a symbol of the deep spiritual healing that happens at the clinic.

John of God has inserted a surgical instrument up the nose of the patient

Here is one of the typical visible operations you’ll see at the clinic (left). John of God has inserted a surgical instrument up the nose of the patient. I can’t explain the mechanism by which it heals illnesses throughout the body.

But I can say, one of my friends had this operation and afterwards her comments were that it tickled but didn’t hurt and all she wanted was for him to do the other side of her nose.

John of God is scraping the surface of a man’s eye. Here is another typical visible operation (right). John of God is scraping the surface of a man’s eye. Again, this allows him to successfully treat a wide range of conditions throughout the body. The most probable mechanism I can offer is that the iris contains reflex points to all other parts of the body (see a textbook on Iridology). The man was awake and in no discomfort.

Pictures of the Clinic of Saint Ignatius de Loyola
These photos (below) show people hanging-out in the assembly hall, veranda and garden of the casa. I’ve included them because they capture the loving, supportive camaraderie you can experience during a visit to the casa. I’d highly recommend you don’t hide-away in your hotel but rather make friends and share your story with others.
